As Tanzania’s cities undergo swift urbanization, the World Bank and Danish government are financing traffic improvements and other infrastructure upgrades, according to the World Bank.

The $140 million fund is expected to help 25 mid-sized cities figure out how to protect the urban poor from flooding and other disasters related to climate change, according to the Asian Development Bank.
