Tidiane Kassé is a media consultant and former Senegal country director with the International Center for Journalists.
Tidiane has been working as a journalist for 30 years He was one the pillars of well known Senegalese newspapers like Sud Quotidien and Walfadjri in the mid-1980’s. He is also chief editor of Pambazuka News French edition, published by Fahamu, an NGO working for social justice.
Tidiane teaches journalism and also works as a consultant in media training on developmental issues. Since 2002, he has been a senior trainer on health issues in different regions of Africa for Africa Consultants International, an American NGO based in Dakar. He also works for the Panos Institute in West Africa and Intrahealth.
